The 30 second version -

I was born in Kansas City, MO; grew up about 80 miles east in Sedalia (home to the MO state fair). Was homeschooled during high school, went to junior college, then transferred to University of Missouri - Kansas City and graduated with my MBA in marketing. Met my wife in school, lived in Malaysia for 3 months, then got the chance to pull-the-trigger on my dream and move to CA. Been here ever since.

Recorded a CD of original tunes with a high-school buddy, bought and sold several houses along the way, published a book, ran a marathon and now I'm building this mobile app named after our beautiful  grey tabby Oliver, who only answers to Ollibo because we never call him by the name that's actually on his collar.
